Bell Elephant Teak Wood #F
This Authentic Hand Carved Teak Wood Elephant Bell is approx. 6" high and 7" across.
Larger bells such as this one are hung about the Elephant's necks so the Mahouts can more easily locate their animals while they are out feeding in the jungles. This Unique Bell was HAND MADE by the Mahout (elephant handler and owner). There are two long wooden clangors one on each side of the middle section that creates Unique Sounds as it swings back and forth with the Swaying Movement of these Gentle Giants. These same type bells are also placed on some of the larger Water Buffalos.
